An efficient administration, a vigilant accounts department and a bustling library are a sine qua non for a growing University. With combination of experience and youth these services are operating in the University.

Mr. T.G. Subrahmanyam is the Deputy Registrar having 40 years of experience. Ms. B. Nagalakshmi, Mr. Chidambaram, Mr. Anil Sharath, Mr. Krishna Bhaskar, Ms. Sirisha and Ms. Jyoti are active in the offices of the Director, Registrar and the Faculty. The building programme is being supervised by Mr. Balusubramanyam, Project Engineer with Mr. Madhusudan and Mr. Wajid as the site supervisors.

The Library is under the care of the budding team of Ms. Radha and Mr. Venkateswara Rao with a high powered Faculty Library Committee to advise them. Ms. Siva Priya and Mr. Seenaiah extend the secretarial support.

Mr. V.V.K. Subba Rao is the Accounts Officer with more than 30 years of experience. He has a young team of Mr. G. Satish Kumar, Mr. K.V.R. Krishna, Ms. L.V.L. Kamala Rajani and Ms. Suryavalli to support him.
