The campus abutting the Shameerpet Lake is surrounded by hillocks. The Campus is the biggest complex in the surroundings with complete serenity and clean air. With the ground breaking ceremony in October 1999, within a span of about three years the University has completed the first and second phases of the construction consisting of the Academic Block, Two Residential Halls for Boys, Two Residential Halls for Girls, a common Dining Hall cum Kitchen, Three blocks of Faculty Quarters, Two blocks of support staff quarters, a Guest House, Director's Residence and a Library cum Computer Complex. The Director, Registrar, Deputy Registrar, Wardens of residential halls and a few faculty members reside at the campus providing adequate attention to the students.

The main Campus is well connected by A.P. Road Transport. The main bus stand of Shameerpet is near the campus and also few buses at peak hours come up to the University gate. The Jawahar Deer Park is a resort near the University and also few resorts and clubs are coming up nearby the campus.

The Residential Halls

The university maintains separate halls of residence for Boys and Girls with a Common Dining Hall. The senior students will ordinarily be provided with single occupancy rooms, while all other rooms will be double occupancy ones. The Halls have common room facilities with indoor games besides a TV and a Telephone (only for incoming calls). At present the common mess, serves Non-Vegetarian food on two days a week. In case of serious and major ailments, on the advice of the Doctor, facilities are provided for admittance to Hospitals in the twin-cities for timely attention and care. The Hospital expenditures in such cases are to be met by the students or their parents. The University will shortly have its own health centre with attendant facilities.
