The University has the new Library-cum-Computer Complex which started functioning from January 2003.
The new Library-the knowledge and learning centre-has a total area of 13,000 sq.ft. with reading room areas, the reference section and a computer centre. A plan to wire the entire University is being worked out and will be in place from the forthcoming academic year. The University is planning to have a dedicated Internet service which will be extended to students hostels and faculty quarters.
The Library will have knowledge management centre which will provide access to an increasing range of electronic information resources and other teaching aids to faculty and students. Books, reports, documents and electronic software are being procured to augment the existing resource. Plans are being drawn to provide facilities for video-conferencing allowing ideas to be exchanged by virtual interaction with others in India and abroad. The University has also plans to digitise its publications and would undertake digital publications of scholarly work from the legal fraternity.
The University has a revamped and redesigned website www.nalsarlawuniv.org. The new website will have interactive features and will provide e-mail services to students and faculty. The website will also publish an electronic newsletter and will publish articles from the students and faculty of NALSAR as well as others from the legal community.
