1.The National Law University shall have no financial liability. Expenses for the purposes of travel, stay, food and other incidental expenses for placement purposes shall be borne by the respective student.
2.Placement of students shall be in groups of two or more students.
3.Students shall maintain strict confidentiality of the Institution imparting placement training.
4.Students shall not solicit for any remuneration/honorarium and/or reimbursement of any expenses from the institution of placement concerned.
5.Students shall be required to maintain a daily-diary during the placement period.
6.Students shall submit their daily-diary and placement report within a notified period and the same would be evaluated.
7.In case of project work/assignment specifically provided to the student during his/her placement by the concerned Social Action Group, all rights over such work/report shall vest with that Social Acton Group.
8.In case the student identifies an issue and proposes to prepare a write-up during the placement then the student shall have the right to publish it.
9.Any report written or submitted by a student as part of placement assignment shall be the property of the National Law University.
